HVAC Building Maintenance Technician

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour DOE

Location: Okmulgee, OK

Hours: Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm

Job Type: Full-Time

Muscogee Staffing Solutions, LLC is seeking a dependable and experienced HVAC technician to join our maintenance team. You’ll be responsible for diagnosing HVAC issues, installing new systems, and conducting regular service to ensure peak performance. A successful candidate will be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and customer-focused.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Install, inspect, and maintain HVAC systems and components
  2. Diagnose and repair heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment
  3. Perform routine preventative maintenance
  4. Read blueprints and technical diagrams
  5. Ensure compliance with safety standards and local codes
  6. Keep accurate records of repairs and maintenance
  7. Communicate with clients to explain issues and provide recommendations
  8. Handle emergency calls and perform on-call duties as needed

HVAC Technician Qualifications and Skills

  1. Solid understanding of HVAC systems and tools
  2. Proficiency in reading schematics and manuals
