Land Analyst:

The Land Analyst is responsible for assisting the land acquisition team in project and financial analysis throughout the community development process.

Qualifications:

• Must have College degree emphasis in finance, business, real estate or related field strongly preferred
• Must have 1+ years experience in land acquisition, land development and/or homebuilding
• Must have Valid Driver’s license w/ good driving record & valid auto insurance coverage
