Job Description

Customer Service / Data Entry / Claims Processing

Customer Service and Claims Processing Representative

Between $38,000 and $40,000 to start

With monthly bonuses of up to $1,200 (after 6 months)

As Customer Service and Claims Processing Representative, your job duties and responsibilities will include:

Receiving complete training
Learning to administer and facilitate the claims process for damaged medical devices
Corresponding with Claimants by phone and email
Documenting and processing claimant information
Providing guidance throughout the claims process
Answering questions and addressing inquiries
Collaborating with internal teams
Providing periodic status updates throughout the claims process
Performing other duties as assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include:

At least 1 year of Customer Service, Customer Support, Claims Processing or similar

With:

Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
Accurate Data Entry skills
A High School Diploma or Equivalent

Pluses:

+++ An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
