We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Program Financial Analyst to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in financial planning, analysis, and management of our projects, with a special focus on Earned Value Management (EVM) and project scheduling. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis within a project management environment, adept in using EVM techniques, excels at working within project teams with cross-functional disciplines (e.g. Program Management, Engineering, etc.) and experience in project scheduling in the defense industry.

We are looking for someone to take hands on ownership of developing and implementing solutions. This is an opportunity for career development in a fast paced, growing small business. This position reports directly to the CFO and works closely with our executive leadership team so if you are tired of being "lost in the crowd", this may be the position for you!

A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience is required. A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis with at least two years focused on Earned Value Management and project scheduling is also required.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Develops and maintains financial models and analyses to support project and company decision making.
  • Prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
  • Implements and manages EVM systems for complex projects ensuring accurate tracking of cost, schedule, and performance.
  • Assists in the preparation and management of project budgets.
  • Develops and maintains MS project schedules, integrating financial and time-related metrics.
  • Support Proposal pricing efforts with all project related costing activities

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for a substantial amount of time operating a computer terminal.
  • Frequently communicates with clients, team members, executive leadership, etc.
  • Travel may be required.
