Summary

We are an established Tech firm in the DFW area looking for a Senior Tier 3 Engineer to join our team. If you have a working knowledge of complex systems and networks, then you are the candidate that we want. Leadership skills and excellent communications are a must have for this position.

This position will work with our team to consult, design, implement, and support advanced solutions from vendors like VMWare, Nutanix, Azure VDI, Cisco, Fortinet, SonicWALL, Microsoft, and others.

Required Qualifications

- Advanced working knowledge of virtualization including VMWare, Horizons, Hyperconverged systems, SANS, clustering and other network storage systems.

- Advanced working knowledge of networking architecture and technologies including TCP/IP, VLANS, routing, switches, firewalls, DNS, VPN, and VoIP. (Cisco, Fortinet, SonicWALL)

- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory (AD) and Azure AD (AD enterprise structure, replication, default objects, roles, GPO’s and policies) and Windows Server Technologies (Windows Server, HyperV, RDS, SQL, IIS …).

- Working knowledge of security policies and controls.

- Experience with cloud technologies (Azure, O365, AWS, Google, GSuite …)

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree required.

Experience: 8+ Years systems architecture, administration, installation, and troubleshooting

Certifications are desired: Microsoft platforms certifications, VMWare platform certifications, Security +, Network+ or equivalent network vendor certification (Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, SonicWALL, …).
