Summary of Position:
As a Security Solutions Engineer at CG Infinity, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust security solutions to protect our clients' infrastructure and data assets. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive security strategies and ensure the integrity, availability, and confidentiality of our systems.

 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Solution Design and Implementation: Design and implement end-to-end security solutions, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, endpoint protection, encryption protocols, and access control mechanisms.
• Technical Consulting: Provide expert guidance and technical consultation to clients on security best practices, threat mitigation strategies, and compliance requirements.
• Security Architecture Review: Conduct thorough reviews of existing security architectures, identify vulnerabilities, and recommend enhancements to strengthen the overall security posture.
• Incident Response and Forensics: Collaborate with incident response teams to investigate security incidents, conduct forensic analysis, and develop remediation plans to mitigate future risks.
• Security Testing and Evaluation: Perform regular security assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration testing to identify potential weaknesses and proactively address security gaps.
• Documentation and Reporting: Create detailed technical documentation, including system configurations, security policies, and incident reports. Present findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients as needed.
• Continuous Learning and Development: Stay abreast of emerging cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies. Pursue relevant certifications and training opportunities to enhance technical expertise and knowledge.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or related field.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity engineering, with a focus on designing and implementing security solutions
• Proficiency in network security concepts, including firewall management, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and secure authentication protocols. Strong understanding of security standards and frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls).
• Experience with security assessment tools and techniques, such as vulnerability scanners, penetration testing tools, and forensic analysis software.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent are highly desirable.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
