Who we are and how we work
Software Improvement Group quest is getting software right. Will you help us in our mission to make this high-quality software? As a consultant at the Software Improvement Group, you will advise technology leaders on their business-critical software systems: how to improve quality, how to reduce risks and how to control costs. You will accomplish this by tool-assisted source code investigation and proven risk and cost analysis methodologies. Typically, you will work project-based for 6 to 8 weeks per project together with a small team of technology specialists headed by a senior or principal consultant. You'll simultaneously be working on several projects.
Where you come in
As a Consultant, you are part of a project team that researches and analyses software quality aspects for our customers. You advise our clients, typically IT Directors and C-Level in major public or private organisations, on how to govern software projects effectively, when to invest in quality improvement, how to rationalise, and how to control cost. By consolidating low-level technical analysis and high-level financial analysis you make sure our recommendations are the best fit for specific business needs.
When you are comfortable in the Boardroom leading discussions and presentations, this is the job for you! This role gives you the opportunity to give advice based on a solid technical basis, which ensures your impact as a consultant.

Job Requirements
