Role

As a CNC Machine Operator (also known as Numerically Controlled Machine Operator, Conventional Machine Operator), you'll be responsible for setting up and operating CNC equipment, inspecting parts, overseeing equipment maintenance, and collaborating with team members to ensure quality, cost, and delivery targets are met.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ year of CNC machining experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in GD&T, G-Code, M-Code, Machine Setups for Production Runs, and Manual Machining Skills.
  • Experience with CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC) and CNC Lathe (2-4 axis).
  • Strong language skills with the ability to read and interpret technical documents, write reports, and communicate effectively.
  • Good mathematical skills with the ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
  • Reasoning ability to handle multiple tasks, interpret instructions, and solve problems.
