Our servers greet and seat their guests in rotation. Our servers are knowledgeable of our food & and drinks and assists guests in ordering. Our servers maintain a clean workspace and complete side work during and after their shift. We expect our servers to communicate well with the kitchen and provide great service to our guests while working as a team with the front of the house crew. The training, scheduling and rules are conducted by the management team with accountability systems for each employee.
