Job Description

We are seeking a Clerk to support a Recruiter for a Transportation Company. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Job Duties:

Answer Phones
Work with Microsoft Word and Excel
Enter data into their corporate computer system
Interact with drivers, customers, and staff
Handle all paperwork associated with hiring new drivers; DOT and Medical Cards, etc.
Make hotel reservations, schedule training meetings, and other special events

Job Qualifications:

Must have previous office experience
Must have the ability to make hotel reservations and schedule meetings
Must be proficient using Microsoft Word and Excel along with accurate data entry skills
Must have excellent communication and telephone skills
Must be able to accurately maintain and handle paperwork
Must have a professional appearance and friendly demeanor
