Job Description

We are seeking a Cleaning Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment. You will be working with others in a team environment and also individually.

This is a Part-Time Position located on Heckscher Drive.

Hours- Monday-Friday 6:00pm-10:00pm (Please be advised, this position is located on Heckscher Drive)

Paid Twice A Month! (1st & 15th)

Responsibilities:

Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition
Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors and outdoor restrooms.
Perform routine dusting tasks
Organize custodial closets and spaces
Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment

Qualifications:

Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields
Ability to handle physical workload
Able to lift 20lbs.
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Able to travel to the work location
Reliable transportation
Able to work the schedule shift
Have birth certificate and a state issued drivers license, ID or passport.
