Bilingual Warehouse Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Warehouse Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory management and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. As a Warehouse Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient warehouse operations and maintaining accurate inventory records.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily inventory counts to ensure accuracy and completeness of stock.
• Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments.
• Organize and maintain warehouse inventory, including proper storage and labeling.
• Prepare and process orders for shipment, ensuring timely delivery to clients.
• Utilize Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, to create and maintain inventory spreadsheets and reports.
• Assist in conducting regular audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective measures.
• Collaborate with warehouse team members to optimize workflow and streamline processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety standards at all times.
• Provide support in other warehouse tasks and projects as needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work environments.
• Prior experience in a fast-paced warehouse setting preferred
