We are seeking an experienced Structural CAD-BIM Technician to join our team. This position requires 40 hours per week in our Tempe office. (This job is not remote nor hybrid.)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Prepare drawings using computer-aided design software under the direct supervision of engineers, designers and technicians
Create structural models and drawings in Revit from engineering sketches and verbal description
Complete projects with clear, specified objectives and limited variables
Give direction to clerical and technical personnel as needed

Requirements

CAD/BIM related AS Degree (preferred), or equivalent work experience as structural CAD/BIM Technician
Proficiency with Revit Structure (2020+)
Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office
Ability to think creatively and visualize in 3D
Ability to work in a team environment or independently as necessary for a wide variety of projects
Possess analytical and organizational skills to support multiple projects at a time
Ability to learn, listen, adapt, and take ownership of work
Attention to detail, self-directed learning, and meeting deadlines
Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to coordinate work with other disciplines and production staff

Preferred Qualifications

Previous Revit Structure production experience (internship or full-time work)
