Qualifications
- Previous experience with flight coordination/scheduling for Part 135 charter operation
- In-depth knowledge of Part 135 regulations and compliance
- Excellent organization and multitasking skills with acute attention to detail
- Proficiency with Jet Insight and Microsoft Office suite software
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and work under pressure
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule charter flights in compliance with regulations and company policies
- Interact with flight crews and ground personnel to insure seamless flight operations
- Manage flight logistics including crew scheduling, aircraft availability and passenger requirements
- Collaborate with maintenance department to schedule inspections and needed maintenance
- Monitor and update flight schedules to insure timely adjustments to accommodate changes
- Maintain clear and effective communication with clients regarding flight details and updates
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with other operators as needed
