A hospital located in St. Cloud, MN is currently seeking a Registered Nurse - Telemetry to join their team full time!Check out the details below:

Title: Registered Nurse - Telemetry
Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire
Setting: Telemetry
Location: St. Cloud, MN
Schedule: Full Time, Varied shifts available – 3 12/hr shifts/wk (no straight day shifts available), holiday and weekend rotation
Pay: Competitive pay depending on years of relevant and like experience, plus a $3,500 sign on bonus!

The Registered Nurse - Telemetry duties to include but not limited to:
-Employ critical thinking skills, assesses patients’ condition, recognizes changes, plans and evaluates care, monitors patients’ progress, and records pertinent observations
-Monitor cardiac patients vital signs to ensure they remain in stable condition and receive the care they need should their symptoms worsen
-Operate and read electrocardiograms, provide care for critically ill patients, monitor and administer medications, along with titrating IV medications.
-Provide professional nursing care according in accordance with hospital policies and procedures

REQUIREMENTS:
- Current Minnesota RN License
- ADN required upon hire and BSN required within 3 years
- BLS & CPR certification
- Accepts new grads
