Test Technician - Equipment Testing and Troubleshooting Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Test Technician to enhance our operations through expert assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical, electronic, and mechanical components. This role requires a hands-on approach and a dedication to quality and precision in all tasks.

• Assembly and Installation: Assemble and install electrical, electronic, or mechanical components to exact specifications.
  
• Schematic Interpretation: Accurately interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, assembly prints, and schematics.
  
• Testing and Troubleshooting: Conduct continuity and function tests on completed assemblies; troubleshoot systems efficiently, making necessary repairs and adjustments.
  
• Equipment Handling: Utilize machines, hand tools, and power tools for secure parts placement; operate JIB and Overhead cranes as needed.
  
• Compliance and Safety: Adhere to all company and HSE policies and procedures, ensuring safety and compliance on the shop floor.
  

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required; further technical training in Electrical fields highly regarded.
  
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in testing, repairing, and troubleshooting; extensive experience with equipment testing mandatory.
  
• Certifications: Basic Electrical Certification or equivalent experience.
  
• Skills: Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics; strong communication skills both written and verbal.
