Account Manager (Entry Level) Responsibilities:

• Provide ongoing support to customers throughout the setup process and beyond
• Maintain accurate records of customer accounts and interactions
• Manage the setup and onboarding process for new customers
• Communicate with customers to gather necessary information and ensure a smooth transition to our services
• Liaison between customers and internal departments to resolve any issues or concerns during the setup process

Account Manager (Entry Level) Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred
2. Previous experience recommended in customer service or account management
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office
