Bartender & Server - Tavolata in Capitol Hill We are actively and eagerly looking for an experienced bartender to join our team! Like the original location, Tavolàta Capitol Hill is all about the pasta: Rigatoni, Bucatini, Gnocchi alla Romana and more. Ideal candidates will possess a thorough knowledge of classic cocktails, have a sincere and kind approach to hospitality, going above and beyond to deliver exceptional dining experiences to each and every guest. This is a full-time position. You will be primarily behind the bar but also have 1-2 shifts per week as a server in the dining room.

Qualifications

Strong bar knowledge and ability to work either alone or with another bartender on busier nights

Must be able to start ASAP

Demonstrate a strong understanding of customer service principles and steps of service

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Team player

Have an interest in continual development

Valid Washington State Alcohol Server Permit

Current WA Food Workers Card
