Growing Overland Park wealth management firm is looking to add an Administrative Investment Coordinator.
The Administrative Investment Coordinator will be responsible for preparing all new account paperwork and transfer paperwork, opening new accounts and following up to make sure account is opened correctly, reviewing received requests, submitting all firm correspondence for compliance review, client coordination, scheduling, reporting and a variety of administrative duties.
Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of administrative experience in the financial services industry, along with good computer skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
