Job description

The responsibilities of an Erpelding Wealth Management (EWM) Investment Operations Associate are to support our clients, Private Wealth Advisors, and to assist team members involving investment duties and processes. This role must follow acceptable and compliant procedures. Specific responsibilities include but will not be limited to:

SERVICE & SUPPORT

  • Respond to registered representative administrative requests that may involve communicating with clients, running reports or data entry.
  • Act as liaison between our clients and the home office for any client servicing and troubleshooting paperwork that may have been processed incorrectly.
  • Be an advocate for our clients to ensure a smooth, white-glove experience.


DATA ADMINISTRATION

  • Process account opening & account maintenance requests.
  • Handle trade orders and portfolio maintenance.
  • Process asset movement requests including funds disbursements, rollovers and account transfers.
  • Process trade corrections as needed.

Qualifications:


It is recommended that the EWM Investment Operations Associate have the following qualifications:

  • Preferred: Series 7 and Series 63 & securities industry experience.
  • Demonstrated computer experience required & experience with FolioDynamix is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy in handling detailed work.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to collaborate effectively with others.
  • Above average math and data entry skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Ability to adapt to change and identify process improvements.
