Century Automotive Service Corporation, a Mapfre company, is a leading provider of automotive F&I solutions, including vehicle service contracts, GAP protection, warranty programs, and ancillary products. Supporting over 1,100 dealerships nationwide, we help our partners deliver outstanding customer experiences while driving business success.
Work Schedule: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote) | Monday-Friday | 9:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. MT
What You'll Do
As an Operations Associate, you'll support customers, dealers, agents, and internal partners through a variety of account servicing, operational, and customer support activities.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Serve as a primary contact for customers, dealers, agents, and business partners.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to contracts, billing, account status, and service requests.
  • Process operational transactions, account updates, contract changes, and dealer requests.
  • Manage and respond to inquiries through shared inboxes and internal systems.
  • Support dealer and producer account setup, user access administration, and portal maintenance.
  • Research and resolve basic account, billing, rating, and contract issues.
  • Assist with dealer reviews, reporting, and financial transaction processing.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with established procedures.
  • Identify issues requiring escalation and collaborate with internal teams to support resolution.
  • Participate in cross-training, process improvement initiatives, and special projects.

What You'll Bring
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree preferred.
  • Experience in customer service, operations, administration, financial services, insurance, dealer F&I and back office or TPA experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and quality work.

Pay Transparency: The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by several factors including skills, experience, education, certifications, and location. Some roles at Mapfre are eligible for commission and/or bonus earnings, in addition to salary, calculated based upon factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.
Pay Range: $41,200 - $51,400 (non-exempt)
