Bilingual Operations Associate (Spanish/English) - Wilmington, DE
6-Month W2 Contract | $44/hour
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Bilingual Operations Associate (Spanish/English) to support a fast-paced operations team focused on delivering exceptional service, maintaining strong risk controls, and driving process improvements. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, contribute to key initiatives, and support critical operational functions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support daily operations with an emphasis on risk management and quality control.
  • Process client trade instructions and reconcile accounts to ensure transactions are executed accurately and in accordance with client directives.
  • Partner with internal and external teams to implement process enhancements and improve operational efficiency.
  • Participate in departmental projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Identify issues and proactively recommend solutions to strengthen processes and service delivery.
  • Manage multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ensure all deliverables are accurate, complete, and prepared with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Provide support and guidance to less experienced team members as needed.
  • Develop expertise in core systems and quickly adapt to new technologies and applications.
Required Qualifications
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and verbal) - required.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset.

  • Experience with trade processing, account reconciliation, or operations support is preferred.
