Title: Delivery Driver-Warehouse Associate-Retail Sales 1 (DMHR1)

Classification: Full-Time/Part-Time, Regular/Temp, Non-Exempt Exclusively

Normal Hours: Commonly an 8-hour shift scheduled between 7 AM and 6 PM, Monday-Saturday

General Description (major areas of responsibility of this position):
A person in this position is responsible to safely drive a class B or C vehicle, not requiring a CDL, to regularly
perform deliveries to support customer purchases and improved relationship (which may include managing and
replenishing consignments), recovering used batteries, performing customer installations, and performing
warehouse tasks associated with shipping, receiving, labeling, loading, inventory control, reconditioning used
batteries, and battery maintenance, assists in training others, and records the successful processes and
procedures required to carry out all functions. May perform deliveries requiring DOT HOS records and medical
clearance. Experience with safe driving practices and material handling equipment and processes is significant.
Responsible for the selling of goods and to provide a positive customer experience on the selling floor, or via
phone or email, and records the successful processes and procedures required to carry out all functions.
Experience with safe forklift driving practices, material handling equipment and processes, and face to face
customer service is significant. Excellence is demonstrated consistently and process improvements are
contributed.

Minimum Qualifications:
Formal Training (courses, degrees, and credentials required):
● AA Degree or equivalent; 3.0 or higher GPA preferred
● MVR with little to no safety concerns within the past 3 years
Experience (type and amount of experience required):
● Meeting the below KSAVs and
● Minimum 1 year working for the Company in a Delivery Driver-2, Material Handler-2, or Retail Sales Rep-2
capacity, or
● Minimum 3 years working elsewhere in a Driver, Warehouse Associate, or Retail capacity
