What You'll Contribute

The Senior Associate, Business Operations will support our day-to-day operational activities. The successful candidate will work closely with the Manager of Business Operations and cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and smooth operations.

What You'll Do

  • Support and execute various operational processes to ensure smooth business operations
  • Strong SQL, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze data to identify operational trends and opportunities
  • Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to streamline workflow, increase productivity, and enhance operational efficiency
  • Explore and apply automation and AI tools to improve workflows and reduce manual effort.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of operational documentation, including process manuals and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Assist in the identification and resolution of operational issues, and escalate as necessary
  • Collaborate with team members to coordinate and prioritize tasks and projects
  • Assist in the preparation of operational reports and presentations for management review

What you have
