Role Description

The Revenue Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting the operational infrastructure that drives Avkin’s commercial engine. This role focuses on HubSpot administration, sales operations, reporting, forecasting support, deal coordination, and cross-functional process execution across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Manufacturing, and Finance.

This individual will help improve operational consistency, data integrity, forecasting visibility, and sales process execution while supporting the company’s consultative and evolving go-to-market strategy.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, process-oriented, and comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Core Responsibilities CRM & Revenue Systems Administration
  • Maintain and improve workflows, properties, automations, and reporting within HubSpot
  • Audit data quality within deals, contacts, companies, tickets, and custom objects
  • Audit lead and conference follow-up
  • Assist in documentation and standardization of operational processes
  • Continuously improve automation using HubSpot AI tools
Reporting & Forecasting Support
  • Build and maintain dashboards, pipeline reports, and forecasting tools
  • Support quarterly and annual revenue forecasting processes
  • Analyze sales performance trends, pipeline health, conversion rates, and operational KPIs
  • Assist leadership with reporting for strategic planning and board-level visibility
Marketing Operations Support
  • Support website lead capture integrity and CRM integration
  • Ensure conference leads are properly captured, assigned, and entered properly into Hubspot.
Deal & Commercial Operations
  • Support quote, proposal, contract, and procurement workflows
  • Coordinate customer onboarding documentation including vendor forms, W-9s, COIs, and purchasing paperwork
  • Track purchase orders, deal progression, and implementation readinessAssist with commission tracking and sales operational support
Cross-Functional Operational Coordination
  • Serve as an operational bridge between Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, Customer Success, and Finance
  • Help identify operational bottlenecks and recommend process improvements
  • Support rollout and adoption of new commercial processes and initiatives
  • Assist with implementation and optimization of revenue-related tools and systems
Data & Process Analysis
  • Identify trends and insights within HubSpot and operational data
  • Support process mapping and workflow improvement initiatives
  • Assist in defining and monitoring KPIs tied to revenue operations performance
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or related roles
  • Experience with HubSpot
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Experience with reporting, forecasting, and CRM process management
