QA Technician

• Responsible for conducting qualitative and quantitative testing of raw materials and finished goods.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative testing of raw materials throughout the entire production process.
• Conduct daily Pre-op Inspections and Corrective action documentation
• Daily GMP’s monitoring
• Perform product specification analysis based on customer specs.
• Conduct standardized tests to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Record and compile test results
• Clean and sterilize laboratory equipment.
• Examine samples to identify extraneous material.
• Perform pH analysis on finished product and acidified water, as applicable.
• Maintain shelf-life samples.
• Maintain clean and safe working environment.
• Document and communicate actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
• Conduct environmental sampling.
• Maintain quality, food safety, HACCP records.
• Calibration and sign off laboratory equipment.
• Validation of X-ray device
• Maintain and verify sanitation records.
• Prepare and refill chemical solutions for sanitation
• Update chemical inventory when use chemicals
• Any other assignments given by their direct supervisor.

Requirements

Working four 10-hour shifts according with Production Schedule

Education and Experience

• Utilize knowledge and requirements of Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Willingness to work 10–12-hour shifts.
• Willingness to work overtime and /or Weekends.
