Bonuses:

  STAY BONUS: All new hires will be rewarded for continued employment at the following intervals:

•  30 days of continued employment = $100.00 bonus
• 60 days of continued employment = $100.00 bonus
• 90 days of continued employment = $100.00 bonus

APPRECIATION BONUS:  Capozzi Design Build  is currently offer an Employee appreciation Bonus of $1.00 per hour for all hours worked in May, June, and July (you must be employed through July 31, 2024  to receive the bonus).

ATTENDANCE BONUS: Employees that have perfect attendance for the week (employees must work all days/hours they are scheduled) will receive $25.00 for that week on their following paycheck ( this bonus will run from May1, 2024- July 31, 2024).

- 7 years minimum as a carpenter working with higher end/ luxury  materials ( cabinetry, mouldings, tile, etc)
