Job DescriptionCompany Description
We are Seeking Foreman Plumbers with New Construction Commercial in San Antonio, Texas.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Foreman Plumbers will be responsible for supervising employees, installing, inspecting, and repairing pipes and systems to ensure all building fixtures are operating correctly.
JOB DUTIES:
- Review blueprints and confirm the project scope, budget and time
- Delegate tasks to team members
- Oversee each phase on-site to ensure the project moves smoothly
- Document materials and equipment use, as any problems that arise
- Produce regular status reports for upper management
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Completion of a plumbing certificate program or apprenticeship
- 5+ years of professional plumbing experience; supervisory role is a plus
