Responsibilities

· Bookkeeping: Record all Clubs financial transactions accurately and ensure that entries are posted correctly in the accounting system.

· Bank & Cash Reconciliation: Perform bank reconciliations to ensure that all transactions are accurately recorded, and discrepancies are resolved in a timely manner.

· Perform general ledger accounting and maintain financial records.

· Support the month-end and year-end close processes

· Reclassify Entry to correct GL to match budget.

· Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits by providing requested documentation and explanations of financial transactions.

· Manage accounting Inbox.

· Ad Hoc Projects: Participate in special projects as needed.

· General Admin (FPL Setup/ prepaid set up etc.)

Professional Qualifications

Must have prior experience in Accounting Functions as well as Finance knowledge managing tasks and projects to timely completion.

Accounting Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting principles and concepts, including debits/credits & accruals

Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail, especially when recording financial transactions and preparing reports.

Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively to meet deadline.

· Outstanding Excel skills

Education: Major degree in accounting

3 to 5 years of experience in public accounting
