Genesis Medical Center's Neurology Clinic is in need of full time locum coverage until they can hire a permanent physician

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
Weekend Requirements : n/a
On Call Requirements : n/a
- Monday - Friday, 8a-5p - no call - FULL TIME, starting in July
- General Neurology - including new consults and follow ups
- Would be ideal if can perform and read EMG's, sleep studies from our Neuro-Diagnostic center, administer Botox but none of these are deal breakers
- 3 other Neurologists
- 7 APP's
- 1 Neuro Psychologist
Requirement description :
- Board Certified
- Active IL license or IMLC
- List availability along with name clear - full time is highly preferred but willing to consider splitting coverage if necessary
