Seeking energetic, self-motivated, business-oriented personnel that will be able to work at a fast pace with accuracy and will be a team player. The ideal candidate must be able to multi-task with minimal supervision. Must be organized, and capable of taking initiative. This position will involve critical thinking and prioritizing is a must. Cheerful, friendly demeanor with excellent communication skills are required. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Job Duties could be but are not limited to:
- Placing product orders and tracking of shipments
- Conduct data entry of serial numbers and lot numbers
- Maintain equipment reporting spreadsheets and log books
- Testing and cleaning equipment
- Restocking supplies and maintaining appropriate inventory par levels
- Receiving in shipments
- Keeping warehouse organized and tidy
- Staging equipment for setups
- Labeling equipment and creating patient ready tickets
- Ensuring that Joint Commission protocols are followed
- Working with the corporate warehouse on maintenance of equipment
*Must be able to stand for long periods of time, and occasionally lift up to 60 pounds.
