Lead Audio Visual Technician

Job Description

Horizon Information Services, Inc. is looking for an experienced Lead Audio Visual Systems Technicians and Installers.

Qualifications:

-Proficient in reading construction drawings and AV system schematics.

-Experience installing TVs, Projectors and Speakers using safe mounting and rigging practices.

-Ability to properly fabricate racks and terminate all types of AV connections in the field by crimping, soldering, etc.

-Ability to properly configure and program Audio DSPs.

-Ability to assist with the commissioning of AV Systems.

-Experience programming AV control systems such as Crestron and Extron is a plus.

-Must have strong communication skills and be able to train customers on the use of their systems.

-Ability to work at heights using ladders, scaffolding and operating lifts.

-CTS/CTS-I certification a plus but not required.

Salary: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
