Art Studio Manager

We're on the lookout for a super outgoing, friendly, service-oriented, and results-driven Studio Manager to join our awesome team! As a Studio Manager, you'll supervise and uplift your team members, help manage the retail boutique and assist with teaching the art classes. If you're a social media guru, it's the cherry on top as that will be part of the job.

The studio is a relaxed, welcoming environment where customers come to create fluid art (paint pouring), resin tumblers, beach scenes, and more! Your primary responsibility would be to ensure the customer has the absolute best experience possible and assist/guide them as needed.

Responsibilities

·         Create and post 1-2 pieces of content daily to studio social accounts.

·         Maintain the studio’s cleanliness and appearance.

·         Follow all safety and operating procedures.

·         Provide guidance and demonstrate techniques for customer activities.

·         Resin artwork and contact customers for pick up.

·         Ring up in-studio sales including cash/credit payments and issuing refunds.

·         Answer questions/schedule customers via phone.

·         Replenish inventory as needed.

·         Drive sales for targeted promotions and campaigns.

·         Develop and maintain product knowledge to assist customers.

Qualifications

·         High School Diploma or equivalent.

·         Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly and effectively.

·         Ability to accurately work a register/POS system.

·         Ability to collaborate and work well in a team environment.

·         Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends. – anticipated operating hours 11a-7p

·         Ability to lift 30 lbs
