Title: Senior Computer Technician
Primary Location: The Pentagon

Responsibilities:

• Organize and direct hardware installations on-site surveys.
• Assess and document current site network configuration and user requirements.
• Design and optimize network topologies.
• Analyze and develop new hardware requirements and prepare specifications for hardware acquisitions.
• Direct and lead preparation of engineering plans and site installation of technical design packages.
• Develop hardware installation schedules.
• Mobilize installation team.
• Direct and lead preparation of drawings documenting configuration changes at each site.
• Prepare site installation and test reports.
• Coordinate post-installation operations and maintenance support.
• Familiarity in the configuration and administration of desktop and server-related computing systems, including hardware, software and networking; detailed analysis and planning capabilities; OS (Windows, Linux, Unix, Solaris) and Virtualization (VMWare, HyperV, Citrix) experience.

• Associates + 1 year work experience or 3 years work experience
• IAT II desired, A+/Net+/Linux+ desired
• Clearance, with the ability to obtain SCI
