Job Description

We are looking for a Full Time Car Wash Manager to join our team!

This position is base salary plus bonuses for membership sales performance.

The responsibilities of a car wash manager include:

Overseeing daily operations at a business that provides motor vehicle washing and interior cleaning
Managing staff, communicating with customers, and maintaining inventory
Conduct sales training with staff
Direct sales reps and cashiers
They may also conduct safety training, hold staff meetings, and ensure the necessary service of any equipment at the facility
Administrative responsibilities of a car wash manager may include invoicing, keeping track of discount codes, and scheduling staff

Qualifications:

Must have 1-2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role
Must have a minimum of 2-3 years of direct sales experience
A high school diploma and experience or on-the-job training
Must have customer service experience
