We are currently seeking a dynamic Insurance Sales Specialist to join our remote team and be a driving force in our success at AO Globe Life. Our team has been recognized as one of the top-performing groups in our agency, and we are seeking experienced leaders to help us continue to blaze a trail in the life insurance industry.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in insurance, sales management, or customer service is required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Integrity and a strong moral compass is a must
• Innovative Thinker: Embrace new ideas and approaches to elevate team performance.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with technology and tools that enhance virtual collaboration and productivity.
• Coachable : take feedback and criticism as an opportunity to learn and not a personal attack
• Must hold, or be willing to get a Health & Life insurance license for your resident state (we will assist you in this process if you do not have it)
