Key Responsibilities:
Inspect and troubleshoot vacuum cleaners to identify the root cause of malfunction or performance issues.
Conduct repairs on vacuum cleaners, including but not limited to motors, belts, hoses, filters, and electrical components.
Source and replace damaged or worn-out parts with high-quality replacements to ensure optimal vacuum performance.
Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting vacuum components to prolong their lifespan and prevent future issues.
Test repaired vacuums to ensure they meet quality standards and operate efficiently before returning them to customers.
Interact with customers to understand their concerns, provide accurate estimates for repairs, and offer advice on proper vacuum maintenance and usage.
Maintain detailed records of repairs, parts used, and customer interactions for administrative and quality control purposes.
Stay informed about the latest vacuum cleaner models, technologies, and repair techniques through training sessions and independent research.
