What You’ll Do

As an Installation Crew Specialist, you’ll be responsible for supporting foundation repair projects and ensuring high-quality work. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the installation of foundation repair solutions.
  • Working in crawl spaces, under homes, and in confined spaces.
  • Lifting and moving materials (up to 80 lbs.)
  • Climbing ladders, kneeling, and performing physically demanding tasks.
  • Representing MDH professionally while interacting with customers and team members.
