Pay: DOE (Depends on Experience)

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Roof Repair Technician to perform repairs that have already been sold to our customers. You'll head to jobsites, meet with homeowners, complete quality repairs across a range of roofing systems, and leave each site looking like you were never there. We're willing to train the right person, but hands-on roofing experience is strongly preferred.

What You'll Do

  • Travel to jobsites to perform repairs sold to customers
  • Communicate professionally with homeowners upon arrival and throughout the job
  • Complete quality repairs across one or more roofing systems
  • Document all work with before-and-after photos and brief written reports
  • Identify and flag any additional issues a salesperson may have missed, and communicate them to your supervisor
  • Clean up the jobsite thoroughly so it looks untouched when you leave

Roofing Systems

Experience with one or more of the following is preferred:

  • Tile
  • Shingle
  • TPO
  • PVC
  • Metal

The ideal candidate is skilled across several of these, but we'll consider strong candidates experienced in just a few.

About You

  • Hands-on roofing repair experience (training available for the right person)
  • Strong communicator, comfortable interacting directly with homeowners
  • Detail-oriented and reliable in documenting work
  • Takes pride in quality workmanship and clean jobsites
  • Able to spot problems beyond the original scope and report them appropriately
