We are seeking skilled HVAC Refrigeration Technicians and Tradesmen.

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, including Commercial, Residential, and refrigeration systems.
• Respond promptly and efficiently to diagnose reported issues and make repairs, utilizing technical knowledge and expertise.
• Repair and replace faulty components, ensuring all work is completed to code and safety standards.
• Monitor and document maintenance activities, keeping accurate records of work performed and parts used.
• Conduct routine inspections and assessments of mechanical systems, identifying maintenance needs and potential issues.
• Work with other maintenance team members and contractors to tackle complex projects and complete tasks on time.

Skills Required:

• Trade Skills
• Skilled in using hand and power tools, as well as diagnostic equipment.
• Solid knowledge of building systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance practices.
• Ability to read and follow instruction manuals and search manufacturers websites for technical information.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety.
• Accurate and detailed communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or vocational training in building maintenance are a plus.
