Location: Onalaska, WI

Position: New!

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm (with some flexibility)

Pay Rate: $27.00 – 32.00 per hour

Purpose & Summary: As the millwright you will be responsible for tactical efforts in the continuous efforts to install, troubleshoot, and proactively repair and maintain production and facility equipment. This will be done according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the site's business goals and objectives, including regulatory compliance, operating efficiency and cost minimization.

Day-to-day responsibilities may include:

• Monitoring and measuring of conditions, analysis of trends and identification of maintenance needs
• Completing maintenance repairs to the highest level of safety and effectiveness while maximizing equipment availability and efficiency
• Continuously improving predictive and autonomous maintenance.
• Supporting and interacting with outside contractors to ensure adherence to scope and cost control

Requirements & Qualifications: Associate's degree plus at least seven years of processing manufacturing maintenance experience. However, additional experience will be considered in lieu of a degree. Additional qualifications include:

• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic
• Experience with PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), MMS (Maintenance Management Systems), Predictive & Preventative Maintenance Programs
• Strong safety knowledge with (LOTO) Lock Out Tag Out experience
• Experience managing vendors and spare parts program management
• Electrical and Mechanical trouble shooting and repair
• Experience working in a machine shop doing welding and maintenance planning/scheduling
• Strong communication and computer skills
• Experience with forklift repair and reading of blueprints and system schematics
• The ability to read and interpret equipment manuals & drawings for the purpose of troubleshooting
• The ability to work independently and maintain statistical and financial records
• Creation of maintenance procedures working well under pressure

Outstanding candidates may also possess these bonus qualifications:

• Completion and experience with OSHA Training
• Experience with conveyor/feeding systems
• Destructive shredder experience
• Experience with millwright rigging
