As a Behavior Technician, you step into a role where you're a beacon of hope for families. Your work takes place directly in the child's home as you offer personalized 1:1 support. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN - RBT

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and up-to-date
• insurance
• Ability to work with clients of multiple ages, skill levels, and behaviors
• Prior experience with EMR systems for data collection and medical records

Preferred:

• Ability to obtain a CPR/BLS certificate (if applicable)
• A 40-hour BT certificate
• TRICARE certification
• A passion for driving change and supporting independent growth
• A desire to be a positive influence in the community and in the lives of our clients
