DESCRIPTION
Tom Bush BMW Orange Park is seeking a BMW Parts Runner and Warehouse Associate. In this position, you will provide great service to customers and auto technicians. If you have great communication skills and spectacular attention to detail, apply today!
DUTIES INCLUDE
- Receive parts inventory as it arrives to the dealership.
- Check in and stock all orders upon receipt.
- Notify the Parts Manager of any parts that are received damaged or missing.
- Assist in picking and packing emergency orders and making deliveries (inside and outside the dealership).
- Ensure that all the shipping requirements of the company have been met.
- Operate office equipment and computer systems as needed to perform job duties.
- Maintain the parts stockroom
- Order regularly replenished goods
- Pull and fill orders from stock
- Pull orders for delivery to shop, making sure all parts are suitable for the application
- Replenish assigned inventory daily
- Complete Bin Checks
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Must have a strong attention to detail.
- Must exhibit a high level of honesty and integrity.
- Must be team-oriented and able to work in an open office setting.
- Previous Automotive experience a plus!
- Must be at least eighteen years of age and must have a valid Driver’s License.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug test).
- Must be able to read and comprehend instructions, interpret documents including safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions
- Must be able to move and/or lift up to 65 lbs
