Administrative Assistant

Transportation Occupational Medicine Consultants, Inc., (TOMC) is an occupational medicine business that provides occupational health consulting and administrative support to companies in the railroad industry. TOMC is seeking an administrative assistant who will work in our Jacksonville office in Mandarin.
Position Description:
-Provides administrative support role to Rail Medical Services
-Communication with clients on phone and through email
-Assembles records and incoming information and forwards to physician for review
-Creates log entry in company database
-Files records into cloud file system
-Responds to clients with response after physician review
Reviews qualification information and based on protocols generates certifications for clients
-Interfaces with clinics throughout the United States
Position Requirements:
-High school education with two year college preferred
-Professional presentation and interaction with clients
-Knowledge of Outlook Microsoft Word, PowerPoint. Excel desirable
-Ability to work in web based programs
-Scanning documents and electronic file management
-Background in medical setting desirable
-Contact with company's employees and interviews based on set format
-Will train to the position
Hours: Full time - 32-40 hours per week. Would consider part time as well.

Hours: Full time presently being offered; 32 to 40 hours per week. would consider part time as well.
