Responsibilities:

• Maintain and enforce site duties, including access to the property and visitor management.
• Conduct regular patrols of the interior and exterior of a property to identify and initiate corrective action against any potential risk to the building's occupants or property.
• Report pertinent information to the immediate supervisor as requested, or according to an established protocol; compile information as necessary or as directed and provide data to appropriate personnel.
• Professionally interact with all individuals in a courteous manner and de-escalate potentially unsafe, hostile situations.
• Conduct building inspections to ensure that all security and safety devices deployed are accounted for, documented, and in good working order.
• Document all incidentsthrough an online reporting system to include a narrative of the incident, photos, statements by any involved parties, personal observations made, notifications to supervisors, and any evidence available to assist in required follow-up.

Qualifications:

• Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation.
• Must be licensed through AZDPS and possess a current/active guard card.
• Minimum of 2 years of security experience.
• Must be available to work flexible schedules.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Customer-focused with strong customer service skills.
• Ability to use reporting and scheduling phone apps.
• Must possess a reliable vehicle for transportation.

Education:

• High school or equivalent degree

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $17.00 - $20.00/hour.
