Position Summary:
Provide the highest level of installation standards while maintaining a professional attitude with the utmost respect for the customer’s property.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Complete cabinet installation from start to finish with confidence in accordance with Valley Cabinet’s standard operating procedures
- Read and interpret shop drawings and paperwork
- Load and unload trucks
- Travel to job sites and install various size cabinetry fixtures, moldings, and hardware using carpentry tools and wood working machines
- Measure and mark for product installation
- Trim, cut, fill, seal, and level during installation
- Perform various hanging, adjusting, and fastening tasks to complete installation work
- Carrying and raise cabinets and materials, overhead or floor level work.
- Safely operate various pieces of equipment and tools
- Other duties as assigned

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum two to three years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and needs.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions in English.
- Driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to perform the essential functions of the position including, but not be limited to the following:
- Sit, walk, and reach with hands and arms.
- Moving, bending, standing, kneeling, lifting and carrying material weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Pushing/pulling, grasping/squeezing, pinching, fine motor dexterity.
- Work for extended periods of time at a workstation on a computer or similar device.
- Exposure to high noise levels and requires wearing hearing protection in designated areas.
- Exposure to plant environment to include moving parts, fumes, dust. Safety glasses to be worn at all times.
