Location: 2039 W Lewis Ave, Phoenix AZ 85009
Tentative Shift Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM (40 Hours/Week).

Position Description:
The C&D Hybrid technicians role is to update and upgrade the agency's hardware and software throughout the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT.) This position requires significant customer service background. These technicians are out with internal customers on a daily basis resolving issues and working as a liaison to other divisions within ADOT and will include travel to ADOT sites mainly in Phoenix/Maricopa County with occasional trips throughout the State of Arizona.

*Resource will be working in a professional environment and will be held to a dress code standard
*Position will require extensive travel. The Resource must be able to qualify to drive state Vehicles.
*Position works with Criminal Justice hardware and Software and must be able to pass ACJIS background test to obtain a Level D - Technical certification from the Arizona Department of Safety.

Work Experience Required:

General working knowledge of infrastructure technologies and in-house developed applications utilized in the enterprise
Ticketing and Department operating procedures
Knowledge of Microsoft products including operating systems and Office
Knowledge of Gmail productivity suite
Computer hardware configuration and repair knowledge
Knowledge of Ethernet network topology to assist with troubleshooting network issues
Knowledge of IT infrastructure industry standards and best practices
Advanced troubleshooting skills
Problem definition and alternative analysis skills
Experience with Active Directory
Experience with Windows 10
Experience with Windows 7
Time Reporting
MS System Center Configuration Manager
MS Deployment Toolkit

Education/Training Required
*Minimum 4 years of current working experience in an IT field
*Must have a current AZ Drivers license with a good driving record
*Associate/Bachelor degree in a related field is preferred
