What You'll Do:
- Process biweekly payroll accurately and in a timely manner for all employees.
- Manage employee Time & Attendance data, reconcile discrepancies, and oversee time system approvals/releases.
- Develop a proficient understanding of payroll software and HRIS to generate necessary reports.
- Assist employees with online portal access and inquiries.
- Conduct comprehensive benefits presentations during onboarding and address benefits-related queries.
- Administer benefit enrollment, status changes, and ensure compliance with COBRA regulations.
- Coordinate supplies for new hire orientations.
- Collaborate with HR Manager to organize employee celebration events, career fairs, and community engagements.
- Source candidates, screen resumes, conduct reference, BMV, credentialing, and background checks.
- Maintain HR documentation and databases.
- Contribute to the development of HR department goals and objectives.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
