Job Title: Wireline Operator

Hourly Rate: $21 per hour for Non-CDL / $22 per hour for CDL driver

Location: Bradford, PA (Rotation is 10 days on 4 days off, shift hours varies with workload and job site - terrific overtime opportunity!)

Job Summary: The Equipment Operator is responsible for performing a variety of tasks safely and efficiently using assigned equipment and working with a team. The Operator ensures flawless service delivery with no Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) incidents, adhering to company policies, standards, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in pre-tour and toolbox meetings with all members of the Rig crew.
• Comply with QHSE policies, standards, and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Complete formal training sessions on QHSE and technical subjects as per Training Matrixes.
• Obtain required certifications for assigned duties.
• Maintain all equipment in safe working order according to standards and report any issues.
• Work safely and conscientiously to ensure personal safety and that of fellow crew members.
• Perform manual labor around the rig.
• Assist in emergency crews as per station bill or supervisor's directives.
• Conduct regular housekeeping and routine maintenance of equipment.
• Prepare for Rig up and Rig down of equipment.

Qualifications and Experience:

• High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED).
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a skilled operator or equivalent military experience.
• Basic PC literacy and experience with Microsoft Office Suite desirable.
• Class A CDL (Class 5 license in Canada) with a clean driving record preferred, HAZMAT endorsement required.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work and reside in the US/Canada without sponsorship.
