Our humble beginnings as a small agency have been transformed into a comprehensive support provider with not one but two offices located in Hilo and Kona and an Adult Day Health Learning Center in Kona. Our team, consisting of over a hundred highly committed employees, works tirelessly to ensure that each individual's unique needs are met with compassion and understanding.

What We Are Looking For:

Are you a reliable and experienced driver passionate about making a difference in people's lives? If so, we want you to join our team! As a Driver, you will play a vital role in safely and promptly transporting passengers to and from their homes to the Full Life Day Program in Kona. This role is not just any ordinary driving job. You will be working with our incredible participants, providing them with transportation opportunities that allow them to be a part of the community. Qualifications:

• Be familiar with the local traffic laws and have excellent navigation skills.
• Possess a clean driving record and well-maintained vehicle.
• Observe, report, and manage any vehicle maintenance.
• Load and unload participants and cargo as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups.
• Keep track of mileage, fuel, maintenance, and vehicle inspection and registration.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Have an availability of 20 hours a week, 3-4 times a week. The possibility of increased hours may be available if you are interested.

What You'll Bring:

• Have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent navigation skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items when required.
• Clean vehicle record and up-to-date registration.
• Must undergo a mandatory drug and alcohol test.

The part-time Kona position starts at $15 per hour, with the possibility of an increase through annual performance reviews.
